Every year, 163 000 tonnes of food are wasted solely in retail in Denmark. This has to change. So we decided to use those products before they go to waste by incorporating it in our yummy recipes. Some of us also face further challenges due to dietary restrictions. This generally makes it harder to find satisfying products within a reasonable price range while still being sustainable. If we can actively take part in food waste reduction and simultaneously create a healthy snack that is affordable and convenient, then that’s a win!
