ABOUT HOT DAMN SWEETS

Hot Damn! is the creation of students working on an innovative food product for the Ecotrophelia competition. This healthy sweet treat actively takes part in reducing food waste by using products that would otherwise be discarded by supermarkets.

Baking without a fuss or worry is not always easy, so little helps like frozen muffins can help in the process. Finding a healthy and sugar-free version of a snack can be hard and pricey. If a product can tackle food-waste too, then why not! Combining these ideas we can tackle SDG 3 and 12 for health and well-being and responsible consumption and production. When consuming our muffin, we would like the process to be a guilt-free one in regards to the environment but also the healthiness of the snack itself with simple and easy steps.

You will only need to bake the product in the oven to have a sweet ready-to-eat treat. We do hope that you will enjoy this convenient sweet treat and that it will give you the satisfaction of baking while also being healthy. Forget about the creeping guilt, just take a bite and savour in peace!
